Inspired by her two grandmothers, whose culinary traditions were very different, Agnès offers a cuisine that is both gourmet and wholesome.
Thanks to a plentiful vegetable garden in the summer, fresh vegetables and herbs play a central role in every dish.
Locally sourced poultry and meats are prepared with great care and flavor. Whether perfectly steamed, served raw as tartare or carpaccio, grilled on the teppanyaki, or simply oven-cooked, fish in all its forms holds a special place on Agnès’ menu.
The menu is created daily, according to the freshest market produce.
